Natasha’s main interest is painting florals and botanicals in rich tones with acrylics on canvas, drawing inspiration from the wonderful impressionists such as Gauguin, Matisse and Bonnard. With her interpretations of scenes from nature, she hopes to convey a vibrant, colourful and fanciful mood to her floral art. Her background as a graphic designer in publishing has come back full circle, to her early career as a painter, studying at the National Art School Sydney and recently at the Waverley Woollahra Art School, tutored by artist Stavros Papantoniou. In the past she has illustrated garden magazines and various book titles. She is fortunate to have a large following on Instagram and keen art collectors worldwide on Bluethumb Online Gallery, Art Lovers Australia and Fine Art America.
